About The Position
The Tenant Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that tenants receive the highest level of customer service while maintaining properties in alignment with Workspace Property Trust's brand standards. This position is essential for fostering long-term occupancy in company properties by responding promptly to tenant requests and service calls. The technician is expected to demonstrate a commitment to timely responses, achieving 100% customer satisfaction, and addressing both routine and emergency service needs effectively. In this role, the technician will be responsible for completing service orders for various repairs, which may include minor electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, lighting, drywall repairs, and maintenance of flooring and sidewalks. A significant aspect of the job involves troubleshooting HVAC issues, adjusting thermostats, and ensuring that preventative maintenance is performed according to company standards. The technician will also conduct routine inspections of properties to ensure they meet company appearance and operational standards, while maintaining positive relationships with tenants. The position requires the technician to patrol assigned properties, manage litter and debris, and oversee the work of outside vendors to ensure compliance with company standards. Additional responsibilities include handling small painting projects, maintaining company vehicles, and managing inventory and ordering of maintenance supplies. The technician must be available for on-call emergencies 24/7 and may be required to work overtime as needed.
