About The Position
The Policy Manager will lead policy analysis, advocacy, and strategy development to advance housing justice and tenant rights. This role will focus on developing key policy positions, engaging with legislators, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring that research and community input inform policy recommendations. The Policy Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, community organizations, and advocacy groups to drive systemic change at local, state, and national levels. Additionally, the Policy Manager will be responsible for drafting comprehensive housing policy campaigns and lobbying strategies on a quarterly basis, incorporating opportunities for tenant engagement. The Director will provide support and guidance in refining and advancing these efforts.
