Position Summary Empire Justice Center is pleased to announce an opening for a Tenant Advocacy Paralegal. The Tenant Advocacy Paralegal is part of and supports a team of attorneys in the Tenant Advocacy practice group through various tasks, including litigation support, factual investigation, file management, case data entry, intake and screening of potential clients, legislative and policy advocacy support, and other assignments as needed. The Tenant Advocacy Paralegal is supervised by the Managing Attorney or another position in the practice group. Salary The referenced pay range represents the estimated minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range and will be determined by considering factors, including but not limited to, education, experience, qualifications, the individual's expertise, market data, and internal equity considerations.
