About The Position

The Temporary Retail Sales Associate at Marshalls is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store organization, and adhering to operational standards. Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, counting change back according to established procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery throughout the day to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback from peers and supervisors.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
