When an Area Wide Event strikes, our Temporary Project Supervisors are deployed as hands-on support for day-to-day field operations, providing a rapid response whenever, wherever, and however necessary. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to travel on demand in order to make a positive impact to communities, our clients, and our business. If selected, you would be eligible for a competitive hourly rate with overtime, phone reimbursement, housing, travel expenses to the disaster location, and per diems for meals based on your assigned location. As a Temporary Project Supervisor, you lead and manage a crew of laborers, assisting with daily site activities and ensuring the quality of work performed meets industry, company, and owner/client standards. You keep a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and noteworthy events while verifying and approving work progress and completion. Since work is performed in challenging conditions, you maintain a daily jobsite safety meeting, coordinate changes with the Project Manager, and report any/all job site accidents to the Health & Safety Officer, performing administrative duties as needed.
