About The Position

The acute mental health counselor provides professional mental health care and case management of assigned patients under daily leadership of unit supervisor. Works closely with the psychiatrist, nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate treatment and discharge planning for the patient.

Requirements

• License - Mental Health Counseling or Social Work Licensure seeking.
• 1-year post graduate experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
