Table Games Dealer Class – Grant This 14-Week course is designed to develop the skill sets necessary for dealing Table Games at the Grant Choctaw Casino and Resort. Training Pay – · $10/hour while in training. Expected Pay once on the gaming floor: · $8/hour + tips (Average Tips $30/hour) Class details: Each selected applicant will attend class, gaining skill sets necessary to operate tables on the gaming floor. · Start Date: 3-2-2026 · End Date: 6-4-2026 · Class Times: 8:30am – 5:00 pm · Days: MON, TUE, WED, THU · General Class Information · Selected applicants will be hired for class and upon completion of class · Each student will be required to pass physical and written skills test for each module of the class. o Each student will have two attempts to pass each test. o Failure to pass either a written or physical test may result in reevaluation of class participation. o Upon successful completion of the course, applicants will be able to select/bid from available dealer schedules. o Applicants must attend every class and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Course Outline · Module 1: (Weeks 1 - 8): o Craps Course § Selected applicants will learn how to deal the game of craps. § Each applicant is required to successfully complete written and physical testing to complete the course. · Written and physical testing will be held throughout the course. Each student will have two attempts to pass each test. Failure to pass either a written or physical test may result in reevaluation of employment. · Module 2: (Weeks 9-14): Further education after the initial 8-week training. o Blackjack § Selected applicants will learn how to deal the game of blackjack. § Each applicant is required to successfully complete written and physical testing to complete the course. · Written and physical testing will be held throughout the course. Each student will have two attempts to pass each test. Failure to pass either a written or physical test may result in reevaluation of employment. o Poker Derivative Games § Selected applicants will learn how to deal poker derivative games. § Each applicant is required to successfully complete written and physical testing to complete the course. · Written and physical testing will be held throughout the course. Each student will have two attempts to pass each test. Failure to pass either a written or physical test may result in reevaluation of employment. · After completion of course: o Applicants successfully completing the course will be reclassified as D3 Dealers and will be assigned to available craps dealer schedules. · To maintain employment, students are required to pass all written testing and physical testing pertaining to all above mentioned games. · Applicants must attend every class. · Course outine is subject to change based upon training needs. Table Games Dealer Job Description Primary Tasks: 1. Serve and entertain Guests while enforcing the rules and maintaining the integrity of the game. 2. Analyze customer play, protecting against cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of play. 3. Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers. 4. Answer Guest inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts, etc. 5. Clean work area as designated by management 6. Verify identification of customers when needed. 7. Sign and date all paperwork as required. 8. Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills. 9. Other duties as may be assigned.
