Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support for Youth and Youth Conference. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day activities that meet the needs of the organization's target population and that are in alignment with the organization's stated mission. Handles all external communication with attendees regarding YouthCon. Manages internal communication with departments relating to Youth and Conference. Assists with all email and phone communication with registrants, trouble shooting needs and providing assistance for them. Provides weekly administrative support for Youth Services when needed. Qualifications Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses ability to work independently and proactively. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic level abilities in typical administrative skills. Customer service skills. Research skills. Organizational skills. Detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
