About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Summer Helper to support our HVAC team during our busy season. This is a great role for someone who wants hands-on experience in the HVAC field, enjoys physical work, and can jump in wherever needed to keep jobs running smoothly.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in heat, attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• No HVAC experience required — training provided

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license
• Interest in HVAC or trades
• Previous labor or warehouse experience

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with loading/unloading tools, materials, and equipment
• Help maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
• Run parts/supplies to job sites as needed
• Perform basic manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and cleanup
• Support installation and service teams with simple tasks under supervision
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and office staff
• Other general labor duties as assigned
