About The Position

The Temporary Store Warehouse Associate is responsible for various warehouse operations, including receiving and processing products, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment to the store floor, controlling expenses and shortages, and assisting management with the recruitment and training of warehouse associates. This role is crucial in maximizing sales volume through effective replenishment based on store-generated pull sheets and involves receiving and shipping processing, handling third-party transfers, and maintaining effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate a professional image and conduct.
• Follow specific warehouse dress code policy.
• Work as a member of a team to accomplish goals set forth in the warehouse.
• Be flexible to work rotating hours as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales volume by accurate replenishment according to store generated pull sheets.
• Handle receiving and shipping processing, including third-party transfers.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Assist in recruiting and training of Warehouse Associates.
• Develop proficiency in all operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain productivity in shipment processing, inventory counting, and price change activities.
• Take direction and complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
