About The Position

Salon Services PRO is a professional beauty distributor based in Washington serving licensed professionals in the beauty and wellness industry. With over 200 employees in 11 states and 27 store locations, we have grown into one of the largest independent professional distributors in the country. We are proud to have a diverse portfolio of 50+ brands that encompass best and brightest beauty brands. Additionally, we offer education, business consulting and other forms of support for today’s licensed beauty professional. We are currently seeking a Full Time Store Manager to join our salesforce in providing an exceptional customer experience to Salon Services PRO internal and external customers through leadership, coaching, and supervision of the store.

Requirements

  • 1-3 Years Customer Facing Experience

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Continually drive and develop Salon Services culture by nurturing, supporting and promoting the company mission, values, vision and brand.
  • Work with District or Regional Manager to develop team goals and action plans.
  • Measure and report performance via monthly Performance Development Meetings (PDMs).
  • Direct the store team to achieve objectives by executing action plans.
  • Provides leadership in the day-to-day sales and operational processes of the Store location.
  • Ensure proactive, collaborative, and timely communication with management, store team, and other stakeholders within the organization.
  • Accountable for the attainment of store sales goal and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by providing a consistent high level of customer service in all interactions with customers and continually educating, cross promoting and up-selling products to customers.
  • Organize and execute all functions related to events, sampling, etc.
  • Adhere to all Inventory controls set forth by Salon Services and Supplies.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure inventory is faced and properly restocked throughout the day, and receive shipments in accordance to store policy.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable store.
  • Display promotions and signage appropriately.
  • Manage communication, this includes but is not limited to voicemails and Emails.
  • Manage all cash flow of sales and deposit all cash to bank within 24 hours of close.
  • All other assigned tasks, as set forth by the District Store Manager.
