About The Position
World Cup 2026-- Summer Temporary Positions – Kansas City We are seeking temporary summer staff to support increased business volumes during Summer 2026, as thousands of additional visitors come to the Kansas City area. These short-term opportunities are available across a variety of departments and offer flexible ways to earn extra income while being part of a fast-paced, exciting environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have retired from the casino industry or for those interested in experiencing the casino environment for the first time. Positions may be available for experienced Dealers, Table Games Supervisors, and roles in Food & Beverage, Hotel, Environmental Services, Slots, Security, and more. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, dependable, and able to work in a dynamic team setting. Prior experience is welcomed for certain roles, while others may provide training.
Requirements
- Must be 21yrs of age for some positions and at least 18 in other positions.
- Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Tolerate exposure to second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
Responsibilities
- Support property initiatives in assigned role during World Cup 2026
- Most roles will require you to work regularly on your feet and be able to work at a fast pace
- Enhance guest experiences through professional interaction and service.
- Respond effectively to visual and auditory cues.
- Memorize rules and procedures for assigned area .
- Accurately balance financial transactions as assigned in your role beginning and end of shift.
- Maintain regular attendance in the work environment.
