Responsibilities

• Will support the lab's image-analysis software stack through focused programming and software engineering.
• Responsibilities include harmonizing data inputs/outputs across the repository, streamlining and hardening analysis workflows, producing clear user/developer documentation, and implementing mechanisms to scale processing from single-machine execution to multi-node runs (e.g., modular pipeline structure, job orchestration hooks, and reproducible configuration).
• Various administrative and clerical assignments filled on an as needed basis.
