This role is essential in supporting our Servers and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• Ability to move quickly and gracefully in a busy environment
• Ability to stay cool and focused under pressure
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support Servers and Hosts by assisting with food and beverage service
• Maintain water service and ensure glasses stay full throughout the meal
• Clear, clean, and reset tables to Hard Rock standards
• Keep side stations stocked and organized with silverware, linen, and condiments
• Polish glassware and silverware like a pro
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing dining and service area
• Respond graciously to guest requests and alert Servers or Managers when needed
• Help with special cleaning projects and keep your station ready to rock every shift
• Team up with Servers, Bartenders, and fellow Curators to keep service flowing smoothly
