About The Position

This position is a provisional assignment lasting up to 90 days, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The role is specifically for candidates located in designated states, including AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MO, MS, NE, NM, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, and WY. The Walmart Contact Center is dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers, stores, and associates through various communication channels such as phone, chat, and email. This high-volume environment handles over 10 million contacts annually, and associates are expected to thrive in this metrics-driven setting.
