About The Position
The Retail Team Lead, in collaboration with the Retail Assistant Store Manager, is responsible for the successful daily operation of the King Arthur Baking Pop-Up Retail Store, located in Fairfax, VA. The Retail Team Lead ensures the highest level of customer service possible, supporting and motivating the Retail Associates to engage, inspire, and share the joy of baking with our customers.
