About The Position

We have an opportunity for you to join our team as a Part- Time (20-25 hours per week), Temporary Resource Coordinator. This person supports field leadership and works closely with the recruiting, analytics, and resource management teams. This role has a vital function in providing and coordinating support to keep work order system efficient and customer centric.

Requirements

Solid problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
Solid knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, database and email software (preferably Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Internet).
Solid interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Solid ability to provide excellent customer service.
Solid ability to be results-oriented that makes a difference, taking initiative to make things happen, accepts accountability and has a “can do” attitude.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Two (2) years of customer service experience is preferred.
Work order management experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide installation status updates.
Track technician capacity on a regular basis.
Work closely with Tech Supervisors, Managers, and Directors.
Complete technician profiles, optimize their schedules and coverage areas to ensure efficient operations.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform general clerical work such as filing, copying, mailing, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
