About The Position

This position will support research on local policy processes and outcomes affecting highly disadvantaged communities. Research Associates will support anonymization and archiving of survey data, and local policy administrative data. Research Associates will also help code qualitative interviews with local policymakers. As appropriate, Research Associates will also help de-identify interview data to archive interview data for replication (if anonymization to protect the identities of individual interviewees while preserving the substantive context of the interviews is possible).

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• required experience working with qualitative and quantitative policy and politics data
• familiarity with policy processes, political science scholarship, and public health politics
