Schedule & Duration: Temporary assignment (duration based on business needs, approximately 3-4 months) Hours are from 9am - 5pm (flexible days available) Various locations available (Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens) Job Overview: Rendr is seeking Temporary Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our vaccination initiatives across multiple clinical sites and headquarters. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe and efficient administration of vaccines to our patient population and community members. The RN will assist with vaccination clinics, patient education, observation, and documentation in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bilingual English and Chinese preferred but not required
- Active NYS Registered Nurse License and Registration required
- Active BLS Certification required
- Previous experience administering vaccines preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities
- Administer vaccines to patients following established clinical guidelines and protocols
- Review patient vaccination histories
- Provide patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate clinical response as needed
- Support the setup, organization, and clen-up of vaccination areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to maintain patient flow and adherence to daily vaccination goals
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, and compliance standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the vaccination initiative
