About The Position

Baker Tilly is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join their High Volume and Programs team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making impactful connections. The position will last from December until at least March 14, focusing on high-volume recruitment for the upcoming tax season. The recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and supporting large-scale hiring initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle with a passion for recruiting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated administrative, critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and solid Microsoft Suite skills (Word).
  • Attention to detail, follow-through, and exceptional customer service skills.

  • Experience with various recruitment software and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with high-volume recruiting of temporary hires for the upcoming tax season.
  • Screen and assess candidates using a defined template and summarize notes to present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Provide a consistent positive candidate experience through effective and timely communication throughout the entire recruiting life cycle.
  • Use project management skills to assist Talent Attraction in managing large scale hiring initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Attraction Operations to ensure appropriate communication with candidates occurs and all required documents are completed by established deadlines.
  • Maintain the highest level of data integrity within the firm's applicant tracking system and ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with candidates and Talent Attraction team members.
  • Demonstrate the desire to continually grow, learn and develop skills and knowledge through training opportunities.
