Responsibilities

• Analyze the requirements of open positions in collaboration with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, targeted outreach, and recruitment events.
• Source and pre-screen applicants to identify the best candidates for hiring manager review.
• Coordinate compensation efforts between the Compensation department and the hiring manager.
• Leverage Talent Operations key metrics and collaborate with HR colleagues on recruitment issues.
