Solventum is seeking Temporary Part-Time Production Helper candidates to join our team in Brookings SD! Here, you will make an impact by: Ensuring your own safety by following all related policies Packing finished or semi-finished products Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications Supporting the team when meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals Using on-line reporting to document production and usage Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work either an 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
