This position is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and that residents have a positive experience when using our amenities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to facility cleanliness. Responsibilities will include the daily setup of equipment, maintaining the cleanliness of gym and club facilities, and ensuring that all areas are functional and welcoming for residents. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, while also being able to assist residents with inquiries and support during lifestyle events. In this role, you will be responsible for learning the operation and maintenance of our facilities, including room setup and scheduling. You will also be tasked with enforcing facility rules and regulations, verifying resident eligibility for facility use, and providing assistance to homeowners both in person and over the phone. This position requires a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our residents and the community.
