Position Overview: Order Pickers and Packers play a vital role in delivering the Monster Scooter Parts customer experience. They are responsible for ensuring that each order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Order Pickers retrieve parts based on individual or bulk orders and prepare them for the packing team. Order Packers verify the accuracy of the orders, package them appropriately, and stage them for carrier pickup. Both roles require attention to detail and a strong balance of speed and precision. Orders are placed through our website, www.monsterscooterparts.com , as well as other marketplaces, and are shipped to customers across the U.S. and internationally. Please note: This is a temporary position with the potential to convert to a regular, permanent role based on performance and organizational needs. Conversion is not guaranteed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Able to stand and move throughout the day; most items weigh under 10 lbs, but occasional lifting of 50–60 lbs is required
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with the team
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and interest in improving processes
- Proficiency with web browsers, Windows OS, and basic computer applications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to safely operate standard warehouse equipment
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Pick and/or pack customer orders from our website and partner marketplaces
- Print shipping labels and item stickers
- Pre-package products for shipment and affix stickers to items
- Monitor and report inventory stock level issues
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with other warehouse duties and special projects as needed
