We also provide clients with unique risk management insight built upon our proprietary long-term care databases. This position works to provide excellent service for illumifin and its numerous clients by ensuring accurate and timely processing of all internal, incoming, and outgoing mail. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and processing various document types for a variety of clients in preparation for imaging as per each individual client requirement. You will meet specific date-sensitive standards and production goals for the hand folding of specific outgoing client letters, while also achieving personal, team, and departmental goals as outlined by management. Effective communication with team members, managers, supervisors, and technical staff is essential, as you will be discussing various subjects concerning mail services, service of machines, deliveries, special requests, document preparation and processing, quality assurance, and outgoing mail. Additionally, you will process outgoing mail, accurately track hand-folding, sort and process internal mail buckets twice daily, and operate insertion room equipment for several hours at a time. The ability to effectively prioritize letters by client and service level is crucial, along with the flexibility to take on other duties and projects as assigned.
