Reporting to the Music Program Director and part of the Seattle University Department of Performing Arts & Arts Leadership, this position provides essential operational support to the Music Program and the BA Interdisciplinary Arts in Music degree. Seattle University Music is part of the Performing Arts and Arts Leadership Department in the College of Arts and Sciences, which includes Music, Theater, and Arts Leadership. SU Music serves a broad cross-section of students and community members from all disciplines and supports the BA Interdisciplinary Arts in Music degree program with specializations in both vocal and instrumental music. The program encompasses three choral ensembles and a wide range of music courses, including music theory, ear training, music history, group piano, world music, chamber music, sound & audio production, and more. Private lessons are offered in voice, guitar, piano, and strings. With a vibrant calendar of performances, guest artists, and collaborations each year, we are a community of active scholar-artist-teachers committed to providing transformational artistic and educational experiences to the Seattle University community.
