About The Position
The Kern County Superintendent of Schools is seeking applicants who are currently attending a post-secondary, accredited college or university and are in good academic standing. The position requires good computer skills, customer service skills, and public speaking abilities. Applicants must be comfortable speaking to small-to-large groups and should be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. The role involves working cooperatively and effectively with peers, staff, and administrators while maintaining professional relationships with students and faculty.
