The Temporary Associate, Merchandising will focus on excellence throughout the product life cycle – from planning, buying, managing inventory, to analyzing selling. The Merchandising & Planning team ensures that the company brings in the right product at the right time in the right amount at the right price. This position reports to the Director, Merchandising & Planning. It is a full-time, salary nonexempt role working onsite in our Atlanta, GA Headquarters and is expected to last until April 2026.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, sum-ifs).

Responsibilities

• Execute key product strategies by analyzing and reacting to data to drive the business.
• Partner with Allocation Specialist to ensure initial product allocations and replenishment are accurate and on time.
• Manage seasonal product assortment tools.
• Participate in weekly store feedback calls; react and execute accordingly.
• Conduct weekly and seasonal business recaps and inform larger product and design team.
• Partner with cross-functional partners to execute and deliver results including passing timely unit projections based on receipt plan target.
• Field ad hoc store and web requests, custom orders, shipping inquiries.
