This is a full-time, temporary role projected to last 6 to 8 weeks, with the potential for extension. Our schedule is regular business hours, Monday-Friday. No prior research experience is required- just bring your healthcare background and enthusiasm! Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Nice To Haves

  • Prior healthcare experience or biology coursework (medical scribes, pre-med graduates, or biology students highly encouraged to apply!)
  • Coffee drinkers preferred… tea drinkers accepted :)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for patients in our clinical research studies
  • Guide patients through every step of their visits, including rooming, vitals, ECGs, documentation, blood draws, progress notes, and data collection
  • Process and ship biological samples according to study protocols
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient charting, reviewing your own work for quality and precision
  • Capture data from patient questionnaires and enter it into multiple online systems with attention to accuracy
