Requirements

7+ years of experience in insurance audit, internal audit, or risk consulting roles supporting Property & Casualty insurance organizations.
Strong expertise in claims operations, reserving processes, internal controls, and insurance data flows.
Proven ability to engage effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-pressure, project-based environments.
Relevant professional certifications preferred (CPA, CIA, CFE, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead integrated risk and controls audits across claims operations, reserving, payments, and insurance data quality.
Plan and execute internal audits of P&C insurance operations, focusing on internal controls, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Assess control environments, including third-party and outsourced service provider reliance models.
Evaluate loss and LAE reserving governance, data flows, methodologies, and estimation uncertainty.
Manage engagement scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Prepare audit findings and present recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
