Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders
- Ability to safely use hand tools and basic power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and manual tasks using hands and arms
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures
- Ability to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and building occupants
- Ability to safely perform job duties in environments that may include noise, dust, chemicals mechanical equipment, and moving objects
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as filter changes
- Assist with moving furniture, setting up rooms, and supporting campus events or seasonal changeovers
- Follow all safety procedures, university policies, and departmental guidelines while performing assigned tasks
- Power wash sidewalks
- Clean Utility Rooms and Ventilation grilles
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support operations and maintenance needs
- Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
