About The Position

A Typical Day: As a Licensed Practical Nurse at On With Life, you become part of the journey each person served takes, making memories with them along the way. Our nurses play a key role in helping our persons served maintain the highest quality of life by providing direct and personalized care, supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants, and coordinating care with other members of the team. We are a unique rehabilitation program that cares for a variety of ages specializing in brain injury, spinal cord, and neurological conditions. You First. We Insist. This LPN position is a temporary hire for up to 4-months, and due to its temporary nature, the starting wage is $38.43/hour for minimal experience. This temporary full-time position is available for our 6pm-6am shift, approximately 36 hours per week. Each temporary full-time schedule requires a holiday rotation (with special holiday pay), an every 3rd weekend rotation, as well as a weekend on-call rotation. IMPORTANT: Please note that our orientation process (typically the first 2 weeks for temporary positions) may require working days or shifts outside of what will be your typical schedule for the rest of your employment. If available, permanent positions at our normal wage scale may be offered to exceptional nurses following successful completion of this temporary position.
