Requirements

• Five-year-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exception reporting experience, preferably Agilence.
• Experience in generating internal cases based on exception reports.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and deductive reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Loss Prevention corporate and field staff with research and investigations, utilizing Agilence, Alarm Reports, CCTV, and other required tools.
• Review Agilence to identify internal theft/policy violations in stores to include cash/CC or debit returns, excessive and/or discount abuse, suspect void/price tag errors, and fraudulent returns.
• Conduct investigation research for Loss Prevention Managers to include employee purchases and returns.
• Review suspect alert patterns.
• Assist Loss Prevention Managers with report requests for information such as employee purchase details, returns and voids.
• Assist on background checks using various databases.
• Review alarm history, investigate abnormalities and suspicious transactions.
