Inscopix, a discovery phase neurotechnology company, is seeking an experienced, dedicated and self-motivated Logistics Technician to join our team. As a Logistics Technician, you will make contributions to our operations by supporting our logistics & inventory control management.

Requirements

• AS Degree and/or demonstrated and related equivalent experience.
• At minimum 6 months' experience in warehouse/supply chain/logistics.
• Display solid organizational skills.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Highly motivated and self-directed, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PC software and hardware.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Former Experience shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL is highly desirable.
• Verbal and written fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Ship, Receive, and Deliver supplies, materials and equipment.
• Perform shipping and receiving related ERP transactions.
• Maintain Inventory Control records.
• Create & Maintain Shipping Records.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Ensure accuracy of all transactions within ERP to ensure accurate data for operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Accounting & Procurement teams to clear any accounts receivable discrepancies.
• Work Closely with Accounting & Sales Order Management to clear any accounts payable discrepancies.
• Work closely with Sales Order Management, Customer Support, Procurement, and Production Teams to plan & meet delivery timelines.
• Kit assigned Manufacturing Work Orders.
• Successfully completes all assigned tasks & training.
