About The Position
Avana Star Lake has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success. This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. This position will be temporary at Avana Star Lake to cover a LOA. Upon successful completion of the coverage, you will have the opportunity to apply to a permanent position at another community.
