About The Position
The U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota invites applications for the position of Temporary Law Clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Dulce J. Foster. This is a short-term, temporary appointment from June 29, 2026 - Sept. 4, 2026. The nature of a law clerk position includes working closely with the judge on a daily basis. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to physically report to chambers most days as needed, but a partially remote/hybrid work schedule is negotiable.
