The Successful Outcomes After Release (SOAR) program aims to provide employment opportunities for former convicted offenders. This program is designed to assist individuals who have at least one prior criminal conviction, regardless of whether they have served time. The program is temporary, lasting for six months, and offers part-time employment with a daily schedule that may vary. Participants will work under immediate supervision and will be responsible for performing routine labor jobs, which include landscaping, mowing, maintaining public and historic buildings, picking up paper and debris on public property and streets, and assisting with housing code enforcement.
