About The Position

The person taking this position will support the rearing of blow flies for research purposes. This will include washing containers that are reused, setting up clean containers, autoclaving waste, preparing artificial diet, performing weekly eyewash and insect trap checks, and carrying out other tasks to support fly rearing as needed and as time permits. Requirements

Combination of training and experience required to perform the duties
Must be able to move water and food, including ground meat, in and out of live fly containers.
Valid driver's license
Valid NC Driver's License
