Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old for certain positions

• Lifeguard certification for lifeguard positions
• Ability to work an average of 29 hours or less per week
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and a friendly demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Experience in coaching or instructing sports
• Previous lifeguard or swim instructor experience
• First aid and CPR certification
• Experience working with children in a recreational setting

Responsibilities

• Assist in youth sports programs and activities
• Supervise and instruct swim lessons
• Provide lifeguard services at indoor and outdoor pools
• Manage summer camp activities
• Engage with customers at the front desk
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility
• Support various sports activities including soccer, basketball, and tennis
• Provide childcare services in drop-in daycare
• Coach swim teams and oversee swim practices
