About The Position
Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking an Immigration Paralegal with five (5) years of experience in employment-based business immigration. The role involves a variety of responsibilities including handling I-9 audits, preparing and filing employment-based applications under attorney supervision, and assisting with complex cases such as O-1 and EB-1 petitions. The paralegal will also participate in case strategy meetings and client development activities, while maintaining detailed tracking of cases in the management system.
