We’re looking for a proactive and service-driven professional to join our HR team as a Temporary HR Assistant. You will support the HR Operations team with a significant handbook compliance project.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, Customer Service, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to details
  • Advanced adaptability to new technologies and systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, HRIS, CMS, and LMS systems
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing desk-related tasks.
  • Prolonged use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse, requiring repetitive motion.
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment up to 15 pounds.
  • Occasional bending, reaching, and twisting to retrieve files or supplies.
  • Ability to walk throughout the office, including moving between different departments or meeting rooms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone or video conferencing.
  • Ability to focus and maintain attention for long periods while working on various tasks.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Create standard handbooks using the Standard Handbook template through the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Archive outdated handbooks per Handbook Archive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Update Salesforce with appropriate client handbook assignment.
  • Pull handbook e-signature reports as needed.
  • Attend all trainings and meetings as assigned.
  • Other duties, special projects, and new initiatives as assigned.
