It's election season, and we need your help! Calling all Customer Service professionals! As a Temporary Hotline Representative, you will take inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters. You are responsible for creating a detailed ticket of each call, providing troubleshooting assistance, ordering supplies, and dispatching help to the Vote Center when needed. Maricopa County Elections serves over 2.5 million registered voters as they exercise their right to make informed decisions regarding the selection of local and national leaders and ballot measures.
