About The Position
Celebrate the season in style with MCM. We are seeking Seasonal Associates to join our retail teams during the most exciting time of the year. As a brand ambassador, you will help us deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting sales and operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. What You’ll Do: Welcome clients warmly and create memorable holiday shopping experiences. Support the sales team with styling, gift wrapping, replenishment, and checkout assistance. Keep client areas elegant and organized, ensuring the boutique reflects MCM’s global standards. Provide hospitality and personalized service, enhancing every step of the client journey Assist with inventory, special projects, and operational tasks as needed. Requirements What We’re Looking For Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred. Strong client service skills and a passion for delivering world-class experiences.
