About The Position

A family living in Greenwich, CT is seeking a temporary nanny for a two-week role. They will be caring for two children aged 4 and 5 years. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7am-7pm. This can be a live-in, or live-out position. A private bedroom and bathroom will be provided if the candidate is live-in. Position to start as soon as possible, week beginning April 13th.

Requirements

• US work authorization
• Previous experience caring for children of this age group.
• Energetic, reliable, nurturing, and patient.
• A driver is preferred and must have a clean driving record and valid license
• Must be able to provide excellent references.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to swim preferred, but not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with the children, providing active supervision, playing, organizing educational activities, and managing daily routines.
• Getting the children ready for the day (dressing, breakfast) and aiding in wind-down routines.
• Ensuring a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.
• Tidying play areas, children’s rooms, and maintaining cleanliness of areas used.
• Preparing simple, healthy meals for the children if required.
• Taking children to local activities or outings.
