Requirements

Proficiency with MS Office and operating scanning equipment
Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Support our Finance team with administrative tasks and business license maintenance.
Responsible for coordinating licensing functions and maintaining communications with municipalities and field teams.
Scan and file various documents to maintain organized records
Upload documents to designated platform(s)
Conduct data entry tasks, maintaining a high standard of accuracy
Contact internal and external partners to follow up on the status of various tasks
Accurately complete applications required for Spirit store operations, including alarm permits, business licensing, weights and measures, etc
Research permitting rules using Google/Microsoft Copilot
Call and e-mail cities to gather information on permitting
Assist with other administrative projects as needed
