About The Position
We are hiring a dependable Temporary Fence Installer / Laborer to join our Fence Division . This full-time role involves installing, maintaining, and removing temporary fencing at construction sites and project locations.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Construction or fencing experience a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities
- Install and remove temporary fencing panels, posts, and gates
- Load, unload, and transport fencing materials
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Ensure fencing is secure and meets site safety requirements
- Perform general labor and site cleanup
- Follow all company safety policies and job site rules
