About The Position

The position involves teaching courses in the Educational Leadership for Justice (ELJ) Program, collaborating closely with both full-time and part-time faculty, and supporting students in their writing and research responsibilities. Requirements

• Must hold a Ph.D or Ed.D in Educational Leadership or a closely related discipline
• Prior P-12, community college or university-level teaching experience and/or relevant industry experience
• Current knowledge and experience with policies and initiatives affecting education, including K-12, community college, and higher education
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with students from intersecting historically marginalized social groups using innovative instructional approaches and methods
• Committed to ongoing professional development to maintain currency in the field, including effective use of technology
• Experience working with and understanding the needs of an adult learner population who are working professionals of great diversity
• Experience in teaching and working with colleagues from diverse ages, socioeconomic, cultural, and academic backgrounds
