The Temporary Facilities Services Associate will complete and manage facilities service requests from internal departments and retail branches. This role produces work by using standard operating procedures, including courier services and ensuring credit union facilities are well-maintained, safe, and secure. This role is heavily focused on quality service delivery. A growth mindset to contribute to team goals is critical to accomplish team goals. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • One (1)+ year of experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate guidelines, applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • General security and safety industry risk/exposure awareness.
  • Experience with help desk ticketing, alarm, access control, and surveillance systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Nice To Haves

  • Financial Institution background.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent training.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Completes responsibilities in alignment with credit union policies and procedures, including applicable occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) requirements.
  • Assist facilities management in maintaining a safe environment, which may include managing maintenance schedules, responding to urgent maintenance calls, and ensuring that equipment and devices operate properly.
  • Records and manages inventory, tracking, and accountability systems for all aspects of facility site management, including but not limited to electronic and physical key systems, office supply orders, security, and planned/unplanned maintenance.
  • Coordinates and manages centralized supply purchasing across the organization, asset tagging, and furniture/equipment transport services where appropriate.
  • Compile and maintain current vendor information and documents to support the proper management of vendors and contracts, including other documentation and checklists on SharePoint.
  • Maintain on-site availability, open and closes the corporate offices, and ensure security systems are properly activated, and doors are secured/locked at the end of each day.
  • Follows established security protocols; makes recommendations for improvement when appropriate.
  • Coordinates and manages document destruction, janitorial, waste removal, horticultural, and other amenities through vendor partnerships; ensures efficiencies are implemented and advanced when appropriate.
  • Coordinates and assists in completing facility inspections by state and local authorities, including construction projects and capital improvements.
  • Builds and collaborates with others to achieve common goals, e.g., supports department goals and enterprise projects.
  • Assists branches and related departments courteously and professionally.
  • Answers questions and resolves problems according to SLAs and established timelines.
  • Keeps management and team members informed of area activities and any significant concerns that may need additional interventions.
  • Provides recommendations to leadership on decisions that align with the credit union’s mission and core values.
  • Ability to work independently, seek ways to work efficiently, and maintain regular and punctual attendance.
