Temporary Facilities Maintenance
About The Position
Maintain a safe work environment. Perform maintenance tasks assigned to the various trades departments Perform work to prevent premature deterioration of buildings and equipment. Work in cooperation with in-house departments and approved contractors Perform emergency work when required after hours Participate in all safety trainings as directed. Perform duties as assigned as a member of the maintenance team. Assist in providing the necessary safeguards to prevent loss of school property Use equipment including but not limited to: a. Vehicles and trailers b. Hand and power tools of the maintenance trades c. Light duty maintenance care of equipment d. Typical nonspecialized construction and repair tools Other duties as assigned RR-110820
