Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Administering and monitoring examinations in accordance with University policies and established testing procedures.
• Verifying student identity
• Enforcing exam rules
• Monitoring testing sessions
• Safeguarding examination materials
• Ensuring approved testing accommodations are implemented accurately
• Maintaining confidentiality of student and exam information
• Documenting any testing irregularities as required.
• Provide courteous customer service in a fast‑paced academic setting.
